Common questions

What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard is currently free and includes our expert listing service. Premium adds reserve price protection, featured placement, Make a Deal negotiations if your reserve isn't met, and Summimarket Pay for secure transactions.

What if my item doesn't sell?

With Standard, we'll reach out to discuss next steps. With Premium, if your reserve isn't met, we open a Deal so you can negotiate directly with the highest bidder.

How do I get paid?

With Standard, you arrange payment directly with the buyer. With Premium and Summimarket Pay, we handle the transaction securely and release funds after delivery is confirmed.

How long does approval take?

24-48 hours. We review every submission to maintain quality.

I'm outside the US. Can I submit a listing?

Not yet. We don't have the regulatory infrastructure to support international sellers properly. We'll update this when that changes.
